A note about Spam:  If you have an e-mail account with EarthLink, check your new Spamblocker folder --any messages from someone not listed in your online address book on EarthLink will be automatically put in this folder out of sight and/or mind!  Roadrunner has also had mail server problems relating to spam/virus outbreaks over the past month that have delayed and/or lost mail -so beware! This said, I hardily recommend personal spam filters like the ones built into mail programs like Eudora and Macintosh Mail. But don't do what I did and leave them to their own devices for too long --check those 'junk' folders regularly-- it may not be all junk!

Per an item on aBuffy/Angel news site, Roy Dotrice(Father) has been cast as the disapproving, intimidating Watcher father of regular character WesleyWindham-Price, former "rogue demon slayer," on Angel, the Series, in an episode centering on their difficult relationship. Episode 7 of the present season 5 of Angel, as yet untitled, is scheduled to air Wednesday, November 12, at 9:00 p.m. ET. Source for this casting information is:

Roy was in a one of episode of DOCTORS on British TV Sept 8th as a Russian called Tomasz Zelinsky.He is newly back from Greece after filming OLYMPIAD with co actors Brian Blessed & Robert Hardy. Set in 448BC. Roy is ANAXAGORAS.Currently making two episodes for the series ANGEL playing a man called Roger Wydham Pryce. As many people will probably know, Ron Perlman has been on the Hellsite message boards a couple of times recently to answer a few of the many questions the fans have put to him.  Due to the fact that some people are not able to access the Hellboy website and message boards, I have transcribed this informal Q&A (with Ron's permission) and put it up on the Perlman Pages so that everyone can read what Ron had to say.  I have also simplified the transcript as much as possible by including only the questions Ron has replied to so far.

Over a year ago, I wrote a letter to Oprah to say her article in "O" Magazine about a lady who was SAVED by Edward Albert (she got thrown off her horse and was literally wrapped up like a pretzel and in agony...with broken bones, etc).  He found her sort of by accident, it said, and this was very inspirational to me, so I wrote and my letter got published in the magazine's editorials.  But, for what ever reason, they did not include his name in my letter....as the person who saved this lady.

This guy is the GREATEST. I think he is the next De Kelley!!!  Not only is he one of the most handsome guys I have ever seen on screen, he's truly a great actor and obviously a nice person. He keeps to himself, watches after his Dad, and hopefully has an excellent, long-running marriage.  *SIGH*  I guess such beautiful men do exist in this world.
