HELP! Our internet provider has had a verrrryyy bad problem upgrading their e-mail system over the past couple of months. Enough e-mail got through daily that I was completely unaware of the ongoing situation. Now I'm suddenly receiving mail from as far back as August 12th!

I've been wondering why B&B's been so quiet... and if you have sent me any news and wondered why the Helpnet was so quiet... well, now you know why. Please be patient while I shift through literally thousands of messages (most of which are in quadruplicate), throw out the spam and weed out the messages that I had indeed already dealt with. I cannot promise I will ever catch all the lost news bites, so just in case I've missed anything really important, please let me know. My apologies for the interruption of service ...or as my provider is so fond of saying, "Have a Nice Day!" <expletive deleted>
