Hi,

Ya'll don't know me but in my search for this version of Beauty and

the Beast I have seen your e-mail addresses or websites. Sunday I

sent an e-mail query to www.Moviehunter.tv and this morning, since I

had included my telephone number, they responded.

YES they have the 1976 version of Beauty and the Beast with George C.

Scott and Trish Van Devere that was made for TV in 1976 by Hallmark

Hall of Fame. On a scale of 1-4 he said the quality is about a 2 or

2.5. It is a VHS tape. The cost is about $45 (includes shipping &

handling).

This movie only aired the one time in 1976. NBC currently has the

rights to it but will not indicate if/when they will ever aire the

movie again.

I have been searching for this movie for over 20 years!! I'm so

thrilled to have finally found a copy to purchase!! I thought, if

your e-mail addresses are still active, you'd like to know that it IS

available!
