JOSEPH CAMPANELLA - (Dr. Peter Alcott in B&B) The actor will appear in "The Glow," on FOX TV in 2002. Starring Dean Cain ("Superman") and Portia de Rossi with Hal Linden, Dina Merrill and Grace Zabriskie, the story is a horror film, concerning a young New York couple whose chance meeting with some elderly benefactors has profound results.
ALEX GANZA - Despite executive producer Ganza's makeover of the CBS sci-fi drama series, "Wolf Lake," the show is definitely cancelled.
ALBERT HAGUE - (Misha Langer in "Siege") Highly regarded as a composer and actor, he passed away on November 12, 2001 at age 81. A Tony Award winner in 1959 for his work on "Readhead," he appeared on various TV shows such as "Tales from the Dark Side," "Fame" and "Beauty and the Beast." He wrote the music for Broadway shows and movies including "Space Jam" and the TV classic "How the Grinch Stole Christmas." He and his mother fled Nazi Germany in 1937, finally settling in the United States where he studied music at the U. of Cincinnati. His actress wife of 52 years died in 2000. The couple had a successful cabaret act, appearing at Carnagie Hall in 1999.
LAURIE HOLDEN - After co-starring with Ron Perlman in the TV series "The Magnificent Seven," Holden has gone on to receive recognition in 2000 in The Hollywood Reporter's list "Young Actors to Watch." Her co-starring role with Jim Carrey in "The Majestic" has earned her bids for 2001 Golden Globe and Oscar nominations as Best Supporting Actress.
LEE HOLDRIDGE - Holdridge and Nathan Wang are providing the music for "The Family," the new hit drama series on PBS, Wednesdays.
SHAUN CASSIDY - CBS has ordered a full season of episodes for the CIA themed "The Agency," on Thursday nights. The executive producer and writer Cassidy joined Ron Koslow to co-produce the series "Roar."
LANCE HENRIKSEN - (Snow in "Snow") This busy actor stars in three independent films. He plays an attorney in "Unspeakable," a sci-fi thriller about a female psychologist who goes head-to-head with a serial killer. Co-starring Dennis Hopper, the film is shooting in Santa Fe in an abandoned prison, among other Santa Fe locations. The director is Thomas J. Wright who directed B&B episodes. In "Anti-Body," Henriksen is a bomb expert kicked out of the FBI, hired to defuse bombs. No story line was provided for the recently completed feature "The Untold."
DAVID GOYER - The writer of "Blade" and "Blade 2" says he will proceed to write the next installment, "Blade 3" even though "Blade 2" doesn't premier until March. "After 'Blade 3,' I'm done writing for other directors," Goyer said. He has written and directed in other genres and plans to expand his base with his own production company, Ghostlight.
