The next A Moment In Time convention will take place over the Bank Holiday weekend at the end of May 2002. It will begin with the Candle Ceremony, at 8.00pm on Friday night 24th May, and will end with the Closing Ceremony, at lunchtime on Monday 27th May.
It will be hosted by the Beauty And The Beast British Fan Club, and will be held at The Davenport Park Hotel, Stockport, Manchester, with accommodation being offered at the hotel and at the Alma Lodge, next door.
The cost for the weekend, including meals Friday nigh, Saturday night, Sunday night, two professionally hosted discos, tea and coffee during breaks, will be £45 per person. Day passes will be available, for Saturday only as follows: £14 per person, excluding meal but including tea and coffee breaks. Children, of any age, in full-time education, accompanied by an adult, will be free from registration costs, but will be charged for meals. If you are bringing children and wish to book meals for them, please let Sylvia Brookfield know and she will order them for you. Meals booked separately are as follows:
Friday night £8.00, Saturday night £11.00, Sunday night £8.50.
Adults booking day passes and staying for the meal and disco will be charged £2.00 on top of other costs for the disco.
All we require with your registration form is a £10.00 non-refundable deposit.
