Jay Acovone and Roy Dotrice have both shown a keen interest to attend, so registrations will decide this. If work stops these 2 guests, others will be asked, along with Jamie Murray who is coming as the MC for the weekend.

HELPER'S NETWORK UK are proud to announce that the above BEAUTY & THE BEAST CONVENTION ... IS ***ON***.

Taking place on Saturday, September 30th and Sunday, October 1st next year 2000, in the ancient city of Nottingham, England. The hotel is the FORTE POSTHOUSE 'ALBANY' located in ST.JAMES STREET, in the heart of the city. It is a lovely hotel, and we have been able to obtain a good price with the rates, which YOU will need to book yourself, stating you are booking the concession B&B rates, and these prices include breakfast. Occupancy is £37.00 per person in a room, or £32.00 sharing, each. There are single, double, or family rooms available, and due to the year 2000 being special, it is a good idea to book this as soon as you can. There are feeding chairs, baby alarms, cots and anyone in wheelchairs, also welcomed, but mention this when booking. Each bedroom has T.V., tea and coffee, bathroom, fridge, and ironing board, and the hotel has a dry cleaning facility. Next door is an NCP car park, and it is £7.50 for 24 hour parking. Two doors away from the hotel is the Robin Hood Experience and worth a visit, which has a gift shop. Five minutes away from the hotel is Nottingham Castle, also worth visiting. There are also two lare shopping malls.

The opening ceremony will be at 10.30am, followed by the dealers room opening, as well as various items throughout the day, with Q&A and autograph signing, subject to funds allowing visiting guests. Both Saturday and Sunday the bar will be open for bar snacks, which range from £2.00 to £7.00.

Saturday evening there will be the Grand Banquet, with three courses and waitress service. This will be followed by a disco.
Sunday, after breakfast, we will all go for five minutes stroll, for the TOUR. This is the Caves and Tunnels discovered while the foundations of the Broadmarch Mall was being built. Dating from 1200, it is fantastic, and one expects to see Vincent round the next bend. There are very few steps, so no worry for people who may worry about experiencing difficulty with this. This tour is 50 minutes with headphones. In the afternoon, we will hold the auction and last minute buys at the dealer's tables.
Sunday evening will be the Buffet with a Live D.J with good music and flashing lights to round off your weekend B&B style.

Those coming from overseas, long haul flights arrive Heathrow and trains are direct to Nottingham. Those from Europe will land at East Midlands, and there is an excellent bus service to the city centre.
