Other aspects of the puzzle can also be controlled. E.g. you can type a password for your crossword that will be requested each time the puzzle is opened in the future.

You can give the main and alternative set of clues a heading, which will be used during printing.
If you are distributing the puzzle, and you do not wish the answers to be available, you can prevent the puzzler from printing the answers.

Normally when you drag or paste clues and words onto the grid, the word must fit exactly into the space to be allowed. You can disable this if you prefer to work by drawing in the words, and filling the spaces with outs afterwards.

There are various options for checking and automatically performing certain actions on Refresh, and whether to show clues / alternative clues in ClueTips.
