Reports can also be printed with headers and footers, with optionally different 1st page, just as in a word-processed document. This means you can head each page with a copyright notice, or if you are submitting your puzzle to a publisher, with your address. You can use different (menu-selectable) codes to represent different values within your document - e.g. its title, its filename, the current page number, the date and time, various statistics etc.

Don't worry if you're not interested in these. Leave them blank, or use the defaults provided.
