All of the images that can be shown on your grid are stored in a central repository, accessed through the Image Organizer. This lets you reuse the same image in a number of different circumstances. You can add an image either from a file or from the clipboard, export it again to the clipboard or to a file, and even change the format in which it is stored. For JPEG images, you can control the quality.

You can either link the image to an external file for reusability, or store it within the crossword file for portability. You can even categorize images, and search for images by category and/or by part of its name (which can be any descriptive text, separate from the filename).

It all adds up to a quick and easy, but comprehensive way of dealing with images in your puzzle.
