The word pool contains a list of standard clues that you can use to copy into any of your puzzles. This is quick and easy way to add clues onto the grid, with any other associated information. It is also a useful way of standardizing on particular clues for particular words - regular puzzlers quite often get fond of recurring clues - it helps to reinforce what they have already gained from the puzzle.

You can search the pool to fit a clue to a space on the grid quickly and easily. Or you can search the list of clues by using a wildcard search (below wildcard means find all words that start with a vowel). You can even make use of the clues' categories by picking out only clues within a given category - great for when you are constructing themed crosswords.

When you have created your crossword, you can add any new clues that you have created to the pool at the click of a mouse - quick and simple.
