Clues can optionally include extra information. The Alt. Clue or Alternative Clue is an alternative clue - e.g. if you wanted both Cryptic and Straight clues for the same answers.
There is also a box for Hints when the puzzler gets stuck. Double-clicking on a clue shows a ClueTip Hint for the clues(s) on the clicked square.

Explanation gives an explanation for how the answer relates to the clue. This is useful if you wish to give advice to beginners of Cryptic puzzles.

All of this information can also be printed out as a simple report.
