  Who To Contact In Case Of Problems

If you have a registered copy of WordPuzzle Pro, you can typically expect a response to a request for help within 2-3 days. Bug-fixes will typically be made within 7 days. This is not a service level agreement - it is a guideline, and may vary according to the severity of the problem or availability of resources.

Users of the shareware version of the program are not entitled to support on the product. Only reports about bugs in the software will be answered.
